From a different space and time I laid the old me down.
I journeyed deep within, far beneath the ground.
Thru the heat and by the drum,
All my parts melted to become…
An embodiment of everyone.
Not black, or white, or red…
But as wild as the living dead.
You could see the inner alchemy painted on my skin,
But couldn’t recognize me as your kin.
I Resurrect and Rise!!!
No longer fearful or tame, living with no shame.
I am Unity contained, Freedom explained,
Life unchained.
