The month starts out with increasing light in the night. The Moon goes Full in the sign of Aquarius on August 3rd, 2020. If you've done your homework from last month's New Moon, your intentions should be bright and shining like a great beacon in the sky, illuminating your visions.
This Full Moon in Aquarius is an opportunity to fill up your cup of Cosmic Consiousness and let the Heavenly Elixir flow to and through you. This is a reminder that we are all the Water Bearers of Life here to serve the Creative Pulse and Cosmic Flow from Heaven to Earth.
Aquarius, the Celestial Water Bearer, is a symbol of the Gods bringing nourishment to Earth. Each one of us is a vessel for Spirit, Essence, or Life Force to fill. Now is the time to be mindful of what is needed to keep ourselves full and in the flow state.
Although Aquarius is portrayed pouring water, it's actually an Air sign. Air represents the breath, the mind, our intellect, inspiration, thought, vision, intuition, and consiousness itself. Truly, this is the limitless flow that springs from within.
If each one of us is an Ocean, our thoughts are the rivers that determine the quality of our experience and the energetic currents that move us. If you've been feeling stuck, depleted, or as if you've got a hole in your bucket, you may need to filter your thinking and replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations.
The collective consciousness allows fear, worry, stress, lack and limitation to run rampant during uncertain times. However, this only perpetuates more fight or flight responses (versus flow.)
It's time to clean and clear our conscious flow (or thought patterns) and trust in the Infinite Source of Creation as our provider.
Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus. Uranus is a unique planet named after the Greek God of the Sky. With 27 Moons and 13 Rings, this turquoise featureless planet has a sideways rotation.
Astrologically, Uranus is associated with extremes, sudden changes, shocks, and breakdowns leading to breakthroughs. It's been called "The Awakener" and "Higher Octave" in relationship to it's icy blue electric hue.
Uranus is challenging us now to rebel against traditional views and programmed mindsets. We are encouraged to revolt against common thinking and instead create from our own unfiltered flow state. The invitation is to open your mind and let Cosmic Consciousness flow through you.
How would life look if we allowed our intuition and inspiration to guide us? How would it feel to only give from a full cup, overflowing with love, trust, wisdom and abundance? Who would we be if we didn't have the collective fears and worries holding us back from living in alignment with our highest ideals and visions?
The time is Now for each of us to be a vessel for the Rebirth here on Planet Earth. How will you fill yourself up and what needs to happen for you to stay in flow? Here are just a few ideas to get you started on your unique journey....
Start a daily meditation practice to harness the power of your embodied consiousness.
Explore ways to find your flow such as art, dance, yoga, creative writing, exercise, or music.
Keep a daily gratitude journal.
Cleanse your energy at the end of everyday with a ritual bath or shower. Ask the water to cleanse and renew your mind, body, and spirit.
Recite your intentions aloud while invoking the desired feelings.
Create reminders to refocus your thoughts on the present.
Stay aware of negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, or programmed mindsets. Choose empowering thoughts and positive affirmations to replace them.
Realize that the Universe is always listening and responding to you. Look for signs and synchronicities.
Be grateful, creative and express your Self in loving ways.
Remember, energy flows where your consciousness goes. Be mindful of how the thoughts and attitudes of others have a ripple effect on your own thought streams. Let's pour our greatest pontentials and thoughts of possibility into the world!
